How The Kramer Companies handles what you send us.
What we collect
What you send through the contact form or the client app: your name, email, firm, phone and the files and notes you share for an engagement.
How we use it
To answer you, scope and run the engagement, and improve the system. Improvement use is de-identified and governed by the client agreement.
Client data
Your data and every output are yours. Files are encrypted at rest, isolated by firm, and kept for the retention period your firm sets. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the site and the app, under confidentiality terms, or where the law requires.
